The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer or a designated third party, other than the carrier.
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to food products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and food safety.
1. Conditions for voluntary returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision in advance by email to: [email protected]. Unreported returns and packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
A product can only be returned if:
- It has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging.
- The delivery note and, where applicable, the corresponding invoice are included.

Important:
The customer is responsible for the costs and handling of return shipping. We do not accept collect on delivery or cash on delivery shipments.
Once the returned product has been received in suitable condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded. excluding original shipping costs, in accordance with article 107.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer or by bank transfer.
If the customer prefers to exchange the product, the price difference (if any) will be recorded as balance in favor, usable in future purchases.
2. Defective products or errors in the order
If the product received does not match the order or has a defect attributable to SAN AGUSTÍN COFFEE ROASTERS SL, the following will be carried out at no cost to the client:
- Remove the incorrect or defective product.
- Send the correct product or issue a refund, according to the customer's preference.
Any issues should be reported by email to [email protected], indicating the order number and a description of the problem.
Note:
If the recipient refuses to receive the order and does not accept it from the carrier, SAN AGUSTÍN TOSTADORES DE CAFÉ SL will not be obliged to make the refund. Should the customer subsequently wish to receive the order, they will have to pay any additional logistical costs incurred.
3. Order Delivery
Orders placed on sanagustin.com will only be shipped to complete and accurate addresses.
Deliveries will not be accepted at P.O. boxes or addresses that show signs of fraud. In these cases, the order will be held until its validity is verified with the relevant authorities.
Delivery times:
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
The final delivery time will depend on the destination and will be indicated during the purchase process.
Recommendations upon receiving your order:
Contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt to handle any issues.
Verify that the contents of the shipment are correct.
If the package shows visible damage or signs of tampering, Write it down on the delivery note before signing.
