Santa Barbara

In the mountains of northern Colombia, in the department of Antioquia, lies the Santa Bárbara State Coffee farm. A family business that has been dedicated to the production and export of specialty coffee for generations. The farm is located in a privileged location, with a unique blend of volcanic soils, altitude, and microclimate that make it a perfect place for coffee cultivation.

Coffee grows at an altitude of 1,650 meters, which means it takes longer to ripen and produces denser, richer beans. This high altitude cultivation is enhanced by the microclimate created by the Cauca River Valley, which protects the coffee from the cold Andean nights and allows it to be grown at higher altitudes. This coffee variety is Colombian, one of the best known and appreciated by coffee lovers for its unique flavor and intense aroma.

Santa Barbara State Coffee controls the entire process, from planting to harvesting and shipping, ensuring exceptional traceability and quality.
