La Esperanza
Colotenango, known as `T̀ierra de las Naranjas ́ ́ is a municipality in the department of of Huehuetenango in the north-western region of the Republic of Guatemala.
Coffee with a production volume of 4,300 kg from the La Esperanza farm of 3.32 hectares in Ical, produced by Jacinto Sánchez Vásquez from the Caturra variety harvested between March and April at an altitude of 1848 metres, destemmed the same day, fermented with water for 36 to 48 hours, washed three times until completely clean.
