Description
Saint Alexis
The Santo Aleixo farm is one of the largest coffee producers in the Cerrado Mineiro region. Its history dates back to the early 20th century, when the current family's grandfather, an Italian immigrant, settled in the region and began growing coffee. Over the years, the family has adapted and modernized its production methods, always focusing on quality and respect for the environment.
Currently, the Santo Aleixo farm covers approximately 30 hectares of land, 20 of which are dedicated to coffee cultivation. They also have their own processing plant, where the entire coffee processing process is carried out, from harvesting to packaging. The family works closely with technicians and agronomists to ensure the highest standards of quality and sustainability are met at all stages of production.
The end result is a coffee with a sweet and fruity note, with a mild acidity and a round body and chocolate flavor. It's a delight for any coffee lover, and an ideal choice for those seeking high-quality, sustainable coffee.
