THE MAZZER ROBUR IS THE FLAGSHIP OF MAZZER'S RANGE OF GRINDERS. IT HAS 71 MM CONICAL GRINDING CUTTERS WITH A 900 WATT MOTOR ROTATING AT 420 RPM. THIS MODEL IS PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR BUSY CAFÉS AND COFFEE SHOPS. THE ELECTRONIC MODEL HAS A PROGRAMMABLE KEYPAD FOR PRECISE DOSING.
The new ROBUR S combines a high level of usability with superior performance. Responding to the needs of a busy coffee shop and integrating technological advances, the new grinder improves dosing consistency and reduces coffee retention by 52%. It has an excellent grinding speed (average for espresso 1s / 5g) with low RPM (420 RPM - 50 Hz). The special cooling system with double fan keeps the coffee safe from temperature exposure, preserving maximum aroma. Robur S features a simple system to clean the grinding chamber quickly and without losing the grinding setting. In addition, grinding adjustment is made easier thanks to the user-friendly Memory Track system. The new built-in memory card can track coffee statistics, keep track of maintenance updates and is cloud compatible.
Many people love the conical burrs and the low revolutions per minute (rotations per minute) of the Mazzer Robur, which ensures that the coffee is exposed to less heat and therefore retains its freshness for longer. The Mazzer Robur Electronic allows the barista to program a specific grind time for single, double and triple doses using the touch panel on top of the dosing chamber. The ergonomic graphic display on the panel shows the chosen shot time, as well as keeping track of the total shot field. Programmable dose buttons can be set in .05 second increments. Grinds directly into its filter holder for minimal waste.
The Pre-Tap Pause function helps to level the coffee in the portafilter for better coffee distribution and even extraction in a fast way.
Thanks to the powerful 900 W motor rotating at very low speed, this grinder is quiet and powerful. The large 71 mm conical burrs grind coffee beans quickly, while the patented continuous micrometric grinding mechanism allows infinite grinding adjustment.
