Reinaldo is a man of the land, whose origins lie in the Galicia region, where his family has been farmers for generations. Since childhood, Reinaldo has witnessed the love his parents and grandparents had for the land and farming, a love that has been passed down through his family from generation to generation.
But Reinaldo didn't stay in Galicia. He decided to travel to other places, in search of a place where he could develop his passion for coffee growing. He first moved to Paraná, and then to Cerrado Mineiro, where he found ideal conditions for growing this wonderful bean.
In this region, Reinaldo became a DNA pioneer, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a determination to thrive and a long-term vision. These values have guided him on his path as a farmer and have allowed him to become one of the most recognized coffee producers in the region.
Every day, Reinaldo wakes up at dawn, greets the sun rising over the horizon, and heads to his plantations, where he grows his beans with love and dedication. And every time he harvests the fruits of his labor, he feels a deep sense of pride and satisfaction, knowing that he is contributing to producing one of the most delicious coffees in the world.
Region
The Cerrado Mineiro region is a magical place, a world-renowned producer of high-quality coffee, and the first "Denomination of Origin" in Brazil. Located in the northwest of the state of Minas Gerais, this region has well-defined seasons, with a hot and humid summer and a pleasantly dry winter.
Coffee plantations grow in areas with altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,300 meters, giving them a unique identity and allowing them to produce high-quality coffees. These coffees are "Origin and Quality Guaranteed" by the Cerrado Mineiro Region – DO Regulatory Board, a guarantee of their excellence. Here, in this wonderful region, coffee is more than just a product; it's a passion, a way of life.
