It all started with a simple idea: Why settle for business as usual when you can look for something better? In a market where the big roasters dictated the rules, we decided to make our own. We invested in machines, learned how to roast and, most importantly, how to understand coffee.
Since then, we have not stopped exploring the world of coffee: farms, botanical varieties, baristas, competitions, micro-lots... Each experience has led us to a unique conclusion: good coffee is not a coincidence, it is the result of getting it right every step of the way.
Today we are still obsessed with the same thing: bringing you fresh, honest, flavourful coffee. There are no shortcuts, just dedication and the desire to keep you coming back for more with every cup.
