The art of Processing
This batch is the result of a natural method, beginning its process on concrete patios under the intense sun of Morada Do Sol and ending on African beds, where the beans finish drying until they reach the optimal moisture content. This technique emphasizes the sweet and fruity notes inherent in the beans, accentuating their flavor profile. and ensuring unparalleled quality.
Characteristics of the Region Cerrado Mineiro
The Cerrado Mineiro region is synonymous with exceptional specialty coffee, being the first in Brazil with a globally recognized "Denomination of Origin." Located in the northwest of Minas Gerais, it benefits from a climate with distinct seasons that are ideal for coffee cultivation: a warm and humid summer followed by a dry and mild winter. The beans grow at altitudes of 800 to 1,300 meters, giving Morada coffee unique characteristics and a quality guaranteed by the "Guarantee of Origin and Quality" seal from the Cerrado Mineiro Regulatory Council. Coffees from this region are celebrated for their body and balance, with an identity that can only be forged in these privileged lands.
