Description

MAZZER ZM: The precise digital coffee grinder for an unparalleled coffee experience.

Grind adjustments can be made electronically in micron units, so grind settings are understandable, accurate, and repeatable.

True Zero electronic calibration ensures that ZM grind settings are identical from grinder to grinder, coffee to coffee.

ZM has a very low coffee retention, less than 0.45 g.

With ZM, baristas can record up to 20 grind settings, with custom names for each setting.

The ZM is very easy to clean thanks to the digital display that flips to the side to allow easy access to the grinding chamber for cleaning and replacing burrs.

ZM keeps coffee grounds cooler to preserve flavor and flavor compounds thanks to a dual ventilation system with electronic control and low rpm (900 rpm at 50Hz, 1050 rpm at 60Hz).

The ZM features flat burrs specifically designed and tested to grind both espresso with the 151B (replacement part) and filter coffee with the 151F (factory installed) or 151G (replacement part).

ZM is a WCE qualified coffee grinder:
The ZM digital grinder has passed the test protocol qualified by World Coffee Events (WCE) in 2017.
