Our ethical values: the foundation of our business
In St. AugustineEvery decision we make reflects our ethical values. We care about the impact our actions have on the entire supply chain, from producers to end consumers. That's why we carefully select our suppliers, always prioritizing quality. traceability and respect for those who grow coffee.
We work only with trusted importers who specialize in sourcing green coffee and maintain direct and fair relationships with producers. Although full traceability is sometimes a challenge due to certain countries' export systems, the vast majority of our coffees come from a only farm, a specific producer (whose name appears on our bags) or a small group of producers.
Commitment to producers
We value how money circulates and the impact it has on small producers. Therefore, We do not buy from large multinationals nor do we bargain prices. We know that many multinationals exercise a disproportionate position of power, which can lead to exploitation and unfair prices for producers.
We prefer to make decisions aligned with our principles, even if it means forgoing certain business opportunities. Integrity is never negotiated.
“Our priority is quality, not making huge profits at the expense of sacrificing our ethical principles.”
Trust and transparency: pillars of our success
Long-term success is built on trust and transparencyWe firmly believe that ethics and integrity are essential to maintaining our reputation and achieve strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Being transparent at all times allows us to attract clients who share our values and strengthen the loyalty from current clients. This approach not only enhances our relationship with them, but also motivates us to continue working with the same commitment day after day.
Thank you for supporting our mission of conducting business ethically and responsibly. We appreciate your trust and look forward to continuing to offer you the best coffee, always with integrity and respect for the entire value chain.
