The purchase of any product offered on the website sanagustin.com is subject to these Terms and Conditions and complies with the European Union guidelines for online commerce, available at this link.

1. General conditions of use

Orders may only be placed through the sanagustin.com website by individuals of legal age or by corporations.

SAN AGUSTÍN COFFEE TOASTERS SL may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You can review the most up-to-date version at any time by clicking the "General Conditions" link in the footer of the website.

To place any order, you must accept the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase. Confirmation of your order will constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2. Order confirmation

After placing an order, an email notification will be sent with a summary of the key details.

Any data recorded on the sanagustin.com website will serve as proof of transactions between SAN AGUSTÍN TOSTADORES DE CAFÉ SL and its customers.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, the data recorded by SAN AGUSTÍN TOSTADORES DE CAFÉ SL will be considered irrefutable proof.


3. Prices and payments

All prices listed include VAT and are expressed in euros. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination and the total order amount.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (securely processed by Stripe or PayPal).

  • Bank transfer.


4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time will depend on the order's destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.


5. Right of withdrawal and returns

 

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

  • Products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once unsealed upon delivery.

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized products.

If the product has not been opened or tampered with, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the order by sending a request by email to [email protected].

In these cases, the customer must assume the costs and management of shipping the product to our facilities. SAN AGUSTÍN TOSTADORES DE CAFÉ SL will not, under any circumstances, arrange for collection or assume its costs.

Once the returned product has been received in proper condition, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will not include the shipping costs initially paid, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to SAN AGUSTÍN TOSTADORES DE CAFÉ SL, in accordance with the provisions of article 107.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on sanagustin.com (images, text, logos, design, etc.) is the property of SAN AGUSTÍN COFFEE TOASTERS SL and is protected by current intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.


7. Exclusion of liability

SAN AGUSTÍN COFFEE ROASTERS SL is not responsible for:

  • Occasional typographical errors or inaccuracies in the contents of the website.

  • Damages arising from the use of the website or the impossibility of access.

  • Incidents attributable to third parties during transport or delivery.

  • Subjective reactions to the products, such as personal preferences for taste, aroma, or intensity, given that this is a handcrafted and sensorial product.

  • Improper use or storage of the product once delivered to the customer.

We remind you that specialty coffee is a delicate product, roasted to order and with unique profiles. Returns will not be accepted once opened, nor for subjective reasons.


8. Applicable jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lion, with application of Spanish legislation.


9. Protection of personal data

The personal data provided by the customer during the purchasing process will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and will be used exclusively for order management and customer service.
