Despite having only 5 hectares of land, his coffee production is impressive, and he has worked tirelessly to maintain consistent quality in his harvests. Reinaldo's farm spans two steep hillsides, and at the bottom lies his home, where he tends the coffee humidification and drying beds. It's hard work, but Reinaldo has proven to be a capable leader in this coffee-growing region.

Harvesting takes place over two days, then mixing and drying takes place on beds covered with plastic.
