No. Entry is free and there are no fees at any stage of the prize.
One series per author, consisting of three to five images that form a single narrative body. Each series must include a title and an artist statement, both mandatory, submitted together in a single PDF with no personal data.
No, the prize is open to photographers of any nationality. What must originate in a producing country is the work itself: the series must be photographed in regions where coffee is grown.
Yes, as long as it has not been awarded in another competition. The series must have been produced between 1 January 2026 and the submission deadline.
The prize accepts digitally captured photography. Authenticity verification relies on capture metadata and the original file, which scanned film does not retain.
Developing and processing of the captured image is allowed: exposure, colour, contrast, black and white, dodge & burn, cropping. No generative intervention that adds, removes or replaces anything not present in the original shot is permitted.
In Spanish or English, one hundred words maximum. It should explain the intention of the series and must not include your name or personal data: the evaluation is anonymous.
Yes, authorship and ownership always remain yours, and every reproduction carries your credit. By entering, you grant a non-exclusive, free-of-charge licence to display and disseminate the work; your images will never be used in advertising or in the brand's product marketing.
Finalists will be announced in March 2027 and will be asked to provide the original capture file. The final decision will be made public in April 2027.
